President - Susan Baker
Susan began her role of advisory board president in February 2017. A long time Eastside resident (grew up in Bellevue) Susan and her husband Sean have two daughter and one son. Both daughters were active in club volleyball from a young age giving Susan experience being involved with multiple clubs within the region. Susan has been a volleyball “head team mom” for the majority of both daughters years, helping with travel, meals, and entertainment for tournaments both in and out of state. Her younger daughter played at ITVC for 4 years where Susan took on the role of collegiate recruiter informative, educating many families and players about playing volleyball post high school at the next level. Susan’s perspective as a parent and club representative is helpful from a practical stand point with her role on the board.
Susan currently is the healthcare industry working with healthcare facilities across the state regarding their critically ill patient population and educating staff and hospitals on product, policy and procedures that can help this patient population.
Secretary - Amy Latham
Prior to her role at ITVC, Amy's professional experience was in medical malpractice insurance, and corporate training & development. For the past 18 years her dedication has been volunteering within the community, including PTA positions at the elementary, middle school and high school levels. Amy was also on a team that started a non-profit organization for youth basketball development in the Northshore School District. She has been affiliated with ITVC since 2011 when her daughter began playing on a club team.
